Public Gallery / Visitor Tours
- Public Gallery: Observing council meetings in the chamber in accordance with Article 75 of the Local Autonomy Act (Disclosure of Meetings) and Articles 83 (Permission for Public Attendance) and 85 (Issuance of Gallery Passes) of the Rules of Procedure of the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Council.
- Visitor Tour: Visiting the Provincial Council for purposes other than attending a meeting.
Types of Public Attendance
- Individual Attendance: A gallery pass is issued upon submission of an individual application form.
- Group Attendance: A pass is issued to the representative or person in charge when an educational institution or other group (five or more persons) applies.
- Long-term Attendance: Issued to members of the press or others who require ongoing access for business purposes.

Rules for Attendees
- Entry into the meeting chamber is not permitted.
- Hats and outerwear may not be worn.
- No unrelated items may be carried in or brought into the chamber.
- No food or beverages; smoking is prohibited.
- No reading of newspapers or other publications.
- No recording, video filming, or photography without the Speaker’s permission.
- No expressing approval or disapproval of statements made in the chamber.
- No use of mobile phones.
- No disruptive behavior that may interfere with the proceedings.
